Worst customer service ever. I was really trying hard to get my system with adt but they put so many blockers and installation is so far away that I had to close with other company. I called to cancel with ADT and was on the phone for over 1hr. Now I will wait and see if they won’t charge me even with the cancellation.

They sell you a service that is supported by the most incompetent individuals. When I called in they didn’t even verify who I was and when I questioned that, I was told that they didn’t need to do that. If you want to cancel your service they tell you are breaking a contract. Isn’t ADT breaking their end of the contract when they aren’t providing you the service you pay for.

Do not go with ADT. They are pathetic in offering a security system. It is functioning only a portion of the, time and a. ADT pulse is not reliable with the security cameras. It has been down for 3 days now with no resolution. Is thus what you would expect from a security service?
