The worst service I have ever had. Asked them to pick up ride on mower. They left me hanging for 3 months and then tried turning it around and blamed me that the mower to old and that I should pay someone to cut my lawn. Scott was very rude and unprofessional.

After our snowblower was returned to us and still not working, we called to let them know. GREAT NEWS! The owner immediately responded and within 3 hours, they came to get the snowblower, fixed it again, and returned it!!! All free of charge as we expected.
They take their business and customer service VERY SERIOUSLY and are extremely responsive if you have any problems.
Highly recommended!!!

Kudos to Chatham Lawnmower Service for having great Unilocal reviews. I also had a great experience today, I brought in blades from a small Chipper/​Shredder that was in desperate need of sharpening. JC did a nice job of grinding them back to better than new, even explained what to look for on the blade to indicate a good edge. I didn’t spend much money here, but sometimes its the little things that count.
Worth noting they have a fair size team so I was actually able to wait while they sharpened me up. Nice little showroom to walk around while you wait, the street is industrial and not really much parking. But everyone seems super friendly. Well done guys.

If you need a snowblower, a chainsaw, or anything else these guys carry — if you can drive here, this is the place you must go to.
The prices on everything are great, as far as I can tell — I couldn’t find anyone in the area selling the same chainsaw or snowblower for any cheaper — and the people here are outstanding. They gassed up my chainsaw, showed me how to use it, and when I flooded it (because I’m not very smart) I called them and they told me to bring it back in. When I did that, one of the guys basically gave me a 20-​minute private lesson in how not to do that again, and how to get it started if I did.
I will never go anywhere else for any product that they sell here. They have earned my lifelong trust and business.

Small little place and you may be intimidated to walk in. But don’t be. Super nice people who will help you and send you on your way with your equipment ready to go. I bought a leaf blower and they gassed it up, showed me everything about how to use it and told me if I had any trouble I needed to give them a call whenever.
