Update: The film from the upper window sash was laying on the floor when I went out to our front entry just now.
So, we’re back to having a completely un-filmed window, which was erroneously installed in the first place. This should have been tempered glass.
I get that it’s cheaper and easier to go with film — and we were ok with it — but to have the bubbling on the exterior applications, and the film just falling right off the interior applications — obviously this is not acceptable.
Iron River has washed their hands of this job and will not be fixing it.
