Cuzzy’s Brick House

We walked out of Cuzzy’s tonight. We were super hungry, and Cuzzy’s is right next to our house. We just moved to town and this was our 3^rd time there. The first 2 weren’t too bad, we had a decent time those two nights, but tonight was awful. The waitress came to our table 2 times in the hour we were there, and both were in the first 10 minutes once for drinks then when she took our order. I set my empty water glass on the edge of my table for 40 minutes. We waited 50 minutes for our food which was only cheeseburgers and fries, before we left. When we both got up at the same time that’s when the waitress decided to address our needs. Sorry we had to do this, like I said, its right next to our house, so we were really pulling for this place. — Also everything is over priced, for mediocre bar food. Some of the stuff on the menu looks pretty good, we didn’t get a chance to get that far. We’re done with it.

It took 1.5 hours… yes, an hour and a half to get our food. Yes, the manager spoke with us and comped our meal, but that’s insane. Beer selection is good, volleyball is nice. Seems like that’s about it.

Better than most options in Chaska. We eat here quite a bit, a couple issues here and there but it’s our go-​to for when we don’t feel like cooking!

This restaurant has a less than average menu and their service is slow, even when there’s hardly anybody there. They also have gotten rid of many good beers, Guinness for example, as they brought in every craft beer to cater to the younger crowd. Management is horrible there as they just sit with the patrons instead of attending to customers waiting to be served.

Food was excellent. Grandma’s meatloaf was very good. Also had some pizza which was great. Never had pepperoni soup before. It was also excellent. Good portions and price is reasonable. Service was excellent. Good spot to watch games if you wanted that. Good selection of beers.

I went there last night (12÷30÷15) and the place was absolutely packed. We stood by the host desk and immediately a server came over and asked if we had been helped. We told her no but we wanted to sit in the bar. She said we could seat ourselves so we searched for a table. The only one we could find was still dirty from the previous guests. We stood next to it and right away the server that helped us came over and cleared off and wiped down the table for us. We then learned that she was not even our server. She was working in the dinning room. Even though the place was packed we were helped right away and the food was to die for! We started with the Garlic Shrimp which was so good! Great portion size! I then had the black and blue burger which was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing! The person I was with ordered the Cuzzy Sandwich that was also very good! Overall I will for sure be back here and making this a regular place to eat.
The breakfast menu looked great as well!!!

Don’t Waste your time, effort or money! Worst service ever and a management staff that is clueless… Better off going to McDonalds two doors down…

Always have pretty decent food. Didn’t care for the onion rings as they were mostly dough/​bread and not a lot of onion. They have an above average selection of beer too, plenty of them local. I also tested their wifi speed while before writing this review at a busy time. Needless to say, for a restaurant, it was impressive.

Our whole family absolutely loves Cuzzie’s brick house in Chaska! Between super-​professional Manager Gary, and more than adorable Social Director Elaine, we enjoy it every time we visit. Great relaxed atmosphere, plenty of screens if you want to watch a game/​event, generous portions, and varied menu items make for a great night! Summer patio we haven’t been to yet, however there seems to be plenty of places to enjoy your meal, drinks, or fun night out. Great local beer and good wine selections too!

Went here for HH on the patio a few weeks ago (first nice day of spring). The patio was nice, HH menu was ok, service was fine. My wine was served in a tumbler, I don’t like that, how much do wine glasses really cost you? Its a bar! Anyways, I will probably be back for HH since I work close and there isn’t much around down in this neck of the woods. (This is a truly boring review, sorry about that!)

The service is usually slow and less than par. Just to get a cocktail we waited over FIFTEEN MINUTES. It was not busy at the time.
The food is nothing too exciting. Your typical American food. Most of it however is really greasy and tastes pre-​cooked.
However, the patio seating can be fun given the right people. Last time we sat on the patio, there was a lady smoking it up right next to our table. Not cool.

My fiancé and I eat here quite often as we live close by. The menu has a lot of options from salads, to pizzas, bar food, and some entrées. Cuzzy’s also has a lot of craft beers available. The bar area tables are seat yourself so that is nice if you’re in a hurry. Ask about the Cuzzy’s Card, you can earn points toward your next meal.

If you are in the area for hockey tournaments and looking to catch a bite to eat stop at any of the places you have to pass to find this one. The food was blah, the service was blah & the portions were small. Seriously just go to Perkins up the road at least you know what you are getting. We ordered the BBQ platter and all I can say is that it was cooked.

I have been here a few times and the food and service have been good. $ 13 for a half order of coconut chicken salad with tomato, avocado and artichoke, which was very yummy! There plenty of other items at a lower price. Definitely worth a try when you are in Chaska. And if you order the pepperoni soup, you were in for a delicious treat.

Are you from Minnesota? Do you want to watch Minnesota sports? Would you enjoy some game audio? STAY AWAY.
It’s a buddy joint and if you aren’t best friends with the staff, you have to BEG for local sports on one of the 12 tvs.
Honestly awful.
The 90’s-2000 and today mix is an amazing sound track for sports…

The service sucks here! No food after 9 pm? Really? No food at all but yet the bar is open??? No wonder why the only guy in the joint only had one tooth in his mouth at 945pm that night.
The dinner food is always good though so it’s a shame that they don’t serve later.
For bar food it’s very good and I would recommend if you are in chaska.

Been here twice… NFL playoffs and NCAA tourney time… had fun both times… good people and I haven’t once had a bad meal… drinks are pricey but good variety. Plenty of TVs to watch the game.

Just ate here for first time, saw that they had gluten free pizzas. We ordered the wicked garden pizza and added chicken. It was very good pizza, the artichokes really add a lot. Will def eat here again.

The food is pretty good– like any other American grill food– but this place has the worst service. Not that the people are rude, but we waited over 10 minutes for our waitress to come back and take our order after stating we only needed another minute or two. Then it was another 45 minutes before we even saw are food. Between that time we never saw out waitress. It took literally an hour from the time we were seated and the time we got our food. Being with 2 children (one with a genetic disability) and an infant, waiting patiently is not a characteristic they excel at. After receiving our food, we only saw our waitress once more, and then we had to seek her out for our check.
Our food was good. But half of it was only slightly warm like it had been sitting in the window for awhile. The seasoned veggies are not very seasoned and they seems a little under cooked to me. The mashed potatoes came out luke-​warm.
Another thing– it was observed that they keep 4 hosts on at once, and the majority of the time they we just standing around conversing with each other. It was very frustrating when we barely receive any service at all.

For now, I can only give Cuzzy’s three stars.
The food was really good.
The menu is pretty big and I think they could accommodate any diner.
This place has a busy neighborhood bar atmosphere.
The service was just okay.
Food took about 50 minutes to come out. Half our order sat in the window for about 15 minutes, which was unfortunate. Other diners around us were seated, served, and left and we still didn’t have our food!
After speaking with a manager he told me they were unusually busy since there was no school the next day. He comped our food and encouraged us to come back. I thought the manager was very professional and did the right thing. We will give Cuzzy’s another try the next time we are in the area and hope the service will be better.
