Jimmy John’s

Love this Jimmy Johns. The drivers are so nice. And food is always fresh and perfect. Customer service is great.

I used to deliver at a michigan based Jimmy John’s and I managed a Jimmy John’s in downtown Chicago, so I know how catering orders are taken, prepped and finished.
I placed a catering order for 2 30pc platers and a pickle bucket a week ahead of time for a pick up between 1:30pm and 2:00pm. I was setting up my house for guest so I had my parents pick up the order. I called 3 hours a head of time to verify that the order was be handled correctly and that it would be ready at the scheduled time.
The order had not been started at 2pm when my folks arrived at the location. The pickles we smashed and instead of offering money off the order for the late arrival, they through in a second bucket of smashed pickles. I asked for condiments on the side and received none. I did call the manager and he said he was sorry for the miscommunication and lack of effort on his part and would be able to send an additional pickle bucket. I don’t need 3 buckets of pickles!
Jimmy John’s Clinton Township… please step up you game. It takes you 30 seconds to make a sub (less b/​c there were no condiments). Presentation is everything and if you know you have a catering order placed (pick up or delivery) please make sure it is ready to go ON TIME. Thank you.

I love this Jimmy johns location. They are really freaky fast like the commercial always says. When I go in there my order is done by the time i pay at the register. They have never messed up my order. The subs are always fresh. When i have it delivered, everything is correct. I can get it faster when they deliver than if i was to get in my car pick it up and bring it home. They have alot of employees working there and they’re always busy working not just standing around. Friendly staff. They never forget to say goodbye when in leaving. Awesome location! They must have good management. I highly recommend this jimmy johns.

My Order is always correct! They are fast and friendly, and my food is always fresh, it’s all around the perfect fast food, in and out!

I love Jimmy Johns. There is a sign on the wall at all of them (I think) that says «Bread so french it need to be liberated». I like that. I love the bread here. That is what does it for me. The #12 Beach Club is my staple. It’s so good. The guac on here is just really good. That plus the bread keeps me coming back. How they get it to taste the same no matter what JJ’s it is I don’t know. All I can tell you is that it’s worth a try.
This location I have never seen busy. I’m sure it gets busy but when I have gone it’s just a few peeps. The staff is attentive and of course «freaky fast» at making my sub. It always seems clean but again I don’t go during peak hours so I don’t know what it’s like at lunch or dinner prime. I recommend this as a stop though. Unleash your inner sandwich indulgences.
