So not impressed. They charged more than their competitors, but I went with them for a bathtub reglaze after Bob, who appeared to be the owner, gave me a great spheal on how the process and materials they use are better. But the guy sent to do the job was not very knowledgeable on the product or process and, when he finished, there were streaks, missed spots, and unevenness on a good portion of my tub, and not to mention reglaze paint all over my bathroom floor, fixtures, etc. When I called Bob to explain the issues, he agreed to come out with the worker to see for himself what had happened and assist with the fix(the guy who did my tub originally admitted he was fairly new to the industry). That didn’t happen, the guy came back, but no Bob. Most of the reglazing issues were fixed, but it still looks like an amateur job overall. The owner Bob clearly is not committed to quality or customer service.

I wish I didn’t even have to use 1 star!! DONOTUSETHISCOMPANY!!! Jeff was the nicest man but as soon as he got our money he was no where to be seen! He hounded us for 2 weeks to pick it up then we never heard from ANYONE from the company again. I had to call 2 weeks later to find out that apparently the product we wanted was on back order and that they were conveniently going to call us tomorrow to let us know. After that no one called us again to schedule a time so I called again. A week later they called and set an appt that man was very rude. I was reluctant at that moment. A week later again, the woman calls back and says we can’t come out tomorrow we have to reschedule for the 27th. Going on a month later I told her I just wanted my money back. That wasn’t going to work for us. I told the owner he was she most rude, disrespectful, mean man I have ever spoke to. He told me I was being unreasonable that tell my husband to call him and hung up the phone on me. The cherry on the top I called another company and they said that product is never on back order and if it is it should only take 5 days to come in. Also they are charging us 300 less!!! I’ve never felt so disgusted or felt so disrespected in my life. Where’s the customer service these days!!!
