This place is always awesome!
I just wish they would put there phone number on the site, after all it’s carry out.

The food was EPIC! I would recommend the Ribs and Mac&Chz, as well as the BBQ Chicken Nachos. Great Food and affordably prices!

Good food, good selection of sauces, and good service. The burnt ends and amazing and the pulled pork and cornbread is pretty good as well.
However the pig candy that everyone raves about isn’t very good. It’s served chilled with a sticky coating and it simply tastes like a spoon full of sugar and cold wet bacon. I personally think it would be much better served warm and crispy.
With that being said I will return to this place!

Don’t get the pizza. We ordered a take out pizza and it was burnt on the bottom and tasted worse than burnt toast. I called and talked to the manager, Kayla and she told me their pizza is always black on the bottom. I said no, it actually tasted burnt she said that is how their pizza is. Really??? Never had pizza like that before. Gave me my a refund. That being said, I love the sliders.

So, have heard about this place for a while now and we FINALLY decided to give it a try. Home on a Saturday night with no kids, we picked up a movie and called for some take out. Ordered the carnivore pizza for him and the campfire nachos for myself… was very excited because we’ve heard such good things. They told me twenty minutes, cool! On the way I stopped at the store to grab milk and bread. 24 minutes after I ordered (I was about two minutes away) I get a (slightly irritated sounding) phone call saying my order was ready. I have mixed feeling about this, sure it was nice to «remind» me, but I know I ordered food, I’m on my way, and it felt like I was being rushed.
I FINALLY get there (six minutes late apparently) and pay my $ 28 bill (slightly high in my opinion but it’s supposed to be good so ok), get home to look at the recipt and find an extra charge for packaging. It was only like $ 1 but to charge me something on top of the already high prices, now I’m annoyed. The pizza was not good… almost burnt and barely edible. Seriously felt like I was eating cardboard. I’ve had wood fire pizza before and either they don’t know what they are doing or they don’t care because I’ve never had a pizza I couldn’t eat. I honestly would have rather had a microwave totinos at this point. My nachos were fabulous. And that is why I gave two stars. Over priced definitely, but yummy!!!
We were EXTREMELY disappointed. I wouldn’t order from there again and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place unless you enjoy paying to much for mediocre food.

Love the food here! The ribs are amazing and I love the view into the kitchen. I will be back and plan to try everything.

I ordered everything from mac and cheese to smoked brisket, and found nothing lacking. Ribs taste like they should, not like they came out an oven and someone rubbed barbecue sauce on them. And this was carry out. Food was delicious.

I’m a big fan of this place, it’s always delicious. I usually get the two meat and two sides dinner.
The chopped and sliced brisket is amazing, so is the pulled pork.
I love the mac n cheese as well as the fries.
And the sauce. I literally drank from the sauce cup!
Do not, whatever you do, be tempted to buy the House Oreos that they have by the register. They look absolutely delicious, as Oreos usually do. These are homemade with two chocolate cookies and cream inside, and they are HUGE.
Very temping. so I bought a pack of 4 cookies.
After enjoying my delicious dinner I got into the cookies. I took one bite and had to choke it down. It tastes NOTHING like an oreo. it’s almost as if the cookie part was cooked next to the meat. Probably the worst thing I’ve ever put in my mouth.

I was excited to try this place from the word of mouth I’ve heard about it. Disappointed is how I can describe it. Not sure if anyone else can taste it but, I think the meat has a gas like flavor (butane?).threw me off and shut my taste buds down from the first bite. Not sure what gas they use to fire up their stuff but, this doesn’t work. My partners had mac n cheese, which was supposed to be ‘great’ .not so much! Has some kind of spice in it that just makes it taste off. Expensive considering what it is and how it tastes to boot. Save your money and go elsewhere! Then again, some people actually like it. a lot.but, I would tread cautiously with this one.

I am a mixed bag of emotions regarding Bad Brads. I had been wanting to give them a shot for a while now and when I saw this location open up not too far from me I was pretty stoked.
While the ribs themselves were good (nice smoke flavor, seasoned well, and moist) that was really the only good thing about our meal. Their signature 3, 2, 1 Sauce was just average and didn’t excite my taste buds like I had hoped. The biggest let down though for me was the Mac & Cheese.
I have been watching what I eat over the past few months and because I busted my butt in the yard laying brick pavers that day and burned twice the calories I had taken in I decided to treat myself. My mouth was watering over the thought of eating one of my all time favorite foods, but was sorely let down.
I instantly had flashbacks to Christmas morning 1996, rushing to the tree only to find that Santa had not brought me the Nintendo 64 I had so hoped for. It really didn’t have much flavor, only a gritty uncooked flour taste and texture. It was almost like I was eating a handful of sand mixed with macaroni, milk, and cheese.
Price wise, it was pretty expensive. It was just over $ 50 for a Full Slab with two sides and a Half Slab with two sides. I can order that at most other places for about $ 10 cheaper. I wouldn’t mind the price if it had been worth it, but it just didn’t make the cut.
Honestly, I cannot see myself ordering from there again unless they were running some crazy special or I had a coupon. I’d rather just stick to Lazybones up the road. Much better BBQ and at a much more reasonable price.

Food is awesome. Some of the best BBQ in the area. Well seasoned, nice smoke ring, great flavor. I would love to give it more stars, but the portion sizes of the four meat combo is way too small. I asked if it would be OK for 4 people, they said yes. It wouldn’t fees 2 adults if I hadn’t upgraded to large size. Too little meat. They could spare a few more slices of the awesome brisket and Turkey. Another half of a sausage and some more pulled pork would make it fair for the 24 dollar price tag.

If smoke flavor should not be in the meat then I greatly apologize in advance because there was not even a hint of smoke in any of the meat we ordered. We had a full slab of St. Louis style ribs with two sides– Pit Beans and Greens, and added two meats, turkey and sliced brisket. I had the brisket at the New Baltimore location so I am not sure what happened here, it just was not good. It actually comes close to a disappointing sliced thick roast beef taste. I finished half of the three slices. The turkey had a strong seemly Southwestern spicy hotness but I would not order it again either. It was just a spicy taste on top of a typical turkey breast. The ribs were alright at best with a generous coating of dry rub. The pit-​beans has a very good flavor with something spicy but it added to the bean taste and the greens were fine. We enjoyed the sides but the portions were rather small considering we ordered a full slab of ribs. I was told this location, no dining-​in, has been open for about two weeks. We have a few other rib joints with better taste in the meats that we will return to before we will visit again. Actually, we will not likely visit again. It’s a matter of taste but this does not do it for us. Cost $ 35 bucks
