My husband and I recently took the Valentine’s Day cooking class for couples and had a great time. The food came out close to perfectly, we learned a lot and ate well at the end. My only request for a change is to do the class a little earlier so we aren’t eating so late. But otherwise it was terrific!

Right now I’m taking a pie class. Well organized and individual attention to each student– everyone brought a pie plate and fruit – and everyone will bake a pie. We are also making pie crust to take home!
I like the School. Classes are not cheap, but you will learn good techniques and recipes to use later. This is my fourth class and I will be back for more!

Don’t waist your money. The Chef forgot items and had to run to Kroger in the middle of cooking. She also spent over an hr going over the recipes, in the most unenthusiastic way. Didn’t eat till 9 o’clock. Ingredients contained preservatives and artificial ingredients. Dishwasher is unprofessional and acts as if she is entitled to join in on the food. Overpriced and boring.
