I had a simple issue with a coolant hose. The mechanic failed to secure the lower hose clam and the coolant was leaking everywhere. Worst auto shop on the east coast. Will never go back.

I, too, was lured by the half-​off state inspection coupon. And, being new to the area, I figured this was a good place to try. My car had just been checked over in Massachusetts, and passed with flying colors. When the team at Quick Lube inspected my car, they told me I needed a wiper blade replaced, which ended up costing slightly more than a regular old inspection anywhere else. So I lost money.
The man behind the counter was a bit rough until I paid for my new wiper blade, then he was very friendly. It was relatively quick service, but all they had in the waiting room was Fox News.
Definitely wish I’d gone elsewhere. And won’t go back again.

I would give this place no stars if I could. These crooks roped me in with a «half off» state inspection coupon from ValPak and proceeded to reject my inspection, claiming thousands of dollars worth of repairs before passing inspection. «You might as well consider taking this car off the road,» they said. A big red rejection sticker was placed where my state inspection sticker should have been and I was charged $ 8 and told to have a nice day. A few days later, I took my car down to another repair center where I was approved with minor alterations (wiper blade replacement) and now I’m back on the road. Quick Lane is a poor excuse for an auto center. Shame on you.
