Extremely painful experience at their North office. Went for a brief meet/​greet before our daughter was born and got the absolute worst service and attitude from the receptionist. We thought that an empty office with an empty waiting room would grant us ample time and a positive vibe from the staff. However, total opposite reaction. Receptionist made it feel like they were too busy to meet with us and extremely rude that we couldn’t even imagine how we would feel if we were actually there to see a Dr. I assume the other practices have friendlier staff as I have friends that see this practice. I just don’t see us visiting the North as it would by he most convenient for us.

All four of my children have grown up going to this office. I have always had a great experience and prompt response to emergencies. I highly recommend them.
I love that you can call and press 3 to speak to a nurse. I also like that they have other locations. I have always been seen no matter the time.
