Similar to Panera but much much cooler. Modern and chic interior design, food for people with good taste, mostly quiet atmosphere, really nice place.

Pros — good location and the food came out fast. If you don’t want to take the time to open a can of Chef Boyardee, pay this place to do it for you!
Cons — Pad Thai had no flavor and was cold. Spaghetti came from a can.

Just met a friend for lunch here. Wow what a decline. The seat cushions in the eating area are ripped! The soap dispenser was half hanging on the wall in the ladies room. The ladies restroom was nasty/​disgusting. We did not stay and eat. Nasty. Will not return!

I used to love coming here but my last two visits have soured my experience. The former time there we an odor of dirty cleaning products. It was pervasive and I thought a one time occurrence but so off putting had to eat outside in the heat. Returning months later the odor was still strong to the point that it made dining much less pleasurable. This time we were eating in the front and the cooking crew was so loud I could t hear my dinner partners conversation. This went on for a while; with lots of loud shouts. My dinner partner’s serving was also noticeably smaller than mine so I shared mine with him. Disappointed with Noodles & Co

Worst food. Place smells like urine. Dirty. The menu food does not look like what they serve you. Flavorless. And forgot to add any ingredients apparently because all I found were dry noodles in my pad Thai bowl.

This place is what it is ! Anyone trying to make it out for something different, get a life ! This quick food ! The Neal is made fresh while you wait ! It’s by far not gourmet, but if you are looking for something a step better than a fast food joint this place fits the bill! I give it five stars because they provide what they say ! Expectations met !

The food was great. I loved that they have options like soups salads noodle meals sandwiches and appetizers! The iced teas area great as well. I like that they have outdoor seating and the inside area is nice as well. It’s very reasonably priced also. Love the fat food yet quality food option this place offers. I’ll be back!

If you’re vegan, they have 2 noodle dishes that are vegan «as if» and one that can be made vegan by simply omitting the cheese. Good option for fast casual dining and the customer service is really really great.

Not only was the food delicious (I had the pulled pork sandwich, potstickers and cucumber tomato salad), the service was extraordinarily personal. Sharonda observed our family searching out a table, outside was pretty chilly the evening of our visit, there was no room inside, so we set about setting up on the patio and she came out to assure us that she’d prepare a table for us. I was SO touched as my little ones were with me. Nia also was terrific as somehow I had neglected to get a mac-​n-​cheese ordered and she went back and assisted me with purchasing this extra meal. Kudos to your amazing staff!!!

For taste, you’re better off going to one of the many great thai or Italian restaurants around town. You’ll probably even pay the same price. It’s an average spot for lunch if you’re in a hurry.
I had the hot thai pot and there were hardly any noodles and the broth seemed overly sweet. The bread was also so salty I couldn’t even finish it. Great service for a fast casual place though!

My children love going to «the noodle place» so we go every couple weeks. it is kind of pricey for what you get, but that doesnt keep us from returning.
I usually get the Japanese Pan Noodles with chicken. I have noticed that the amount of sauce really varies– sometimes it is really dry and other times not. My children love the mac and cheese with broccoli and chicken.
The staff is ok. There are some that are just there to work and not really create a customer experience. But there is one really nice lady who always says hi to us and comes by the table to chat when we are there. I wish I knew her name. I appreciate her friendliness.

I had a crappy experience when I came here so maybe my opinion is skewed a bit. The lady who took our order and delivered our food just had a crappy attitude and made me feel like I was asking for the world and more when I tweeked my order. I think I got a lil eye roll a couple times. I’d never been there before so I wasn’t sure what I was doing. Anyways, she delivered our food with a crap attitude as well, sliding our bowls onto the table like we were eating in prison. I got the Bangkok Curry which was good, I realized once I started eating it, it was not what I wanted but overall it was pretty good. My fiancé got the Steak Stroganof which was amazing. I loved the drink machine and how you could choose from pretty much any fountain drink you wanted (I like to mix mine up). So yeah, probably not gonna go back but it was alright. I have been working in the restaurant biz for about 13 years and I know if I had a crap attitude like the chick that served us, some person would be going out of their way to write a bad review like I am right now lol.

I violated my #1 rule and ordered a non-​specialty menu item. I got a cheesesteak sandwich at a Noodle restaurant, so my expectations were not high. The description said it had the cheese sauce from their Mac & cheese, so I went for it. It wasn’t terrible but the filling reminded me of a hot pocket. The bread was okay, but nothing special.
My wife had the Japanese Pan Noodles. She said the flavor was good because it was a little spicy but could have used more vegetables.
They have one of those soda fountain machines where you pick from the screen and it dispenses accordingly. A slight cool factor for the place.
2 entrees and two drinks for under $ 20, works for me.

This is my fourth trip here, three of them only because the person I was with wanted to use their Coke machine. The first was to try it out. I have never been impressed.
To go order today came with no silverware or napkins. Thankfully I was taking it home and not somewhere else.
Bangkok Curry has an unpleasant look about it, seems to be more bean sprouts than noodles. Sauce is all at the bottom, what little there is. Taste is meh. A good amount of sweetness to this one, some lime, coconut, and a tiny hint of heat, but not much sauce at all.
Everything I have had here is bland. I’m unsure how this place really stays in business when ⁴⁄₄ times I could have done better in about 15 minutes of throwing random ingredients onto a pile of noodles I made from a box.

Used their online ordering system. Worked great! My order was ready when I arrived. There was a long line which I was pleased to avoid.
Pad Thai was very bland and pretty much flavorless even with the shrimp and tofu. Could not find any remnants of a peanut in the dish. I wondered if I was supposed to order the spices and flavoring separately. Our side orders included the curry soup and salad. Both were good and very reasonably priced at a $ 1.00 each.
I plan on returning to see if I mis-​ordered the pad thai… hopefully I did because what I ended up with last evening was not very good.

Good food good prices! I always ask for the Barbecue Pork Mac which isn’t on the menu and they still make it perfectly for me every time. I crave Noodles at least once a week. Great customer service!

I tried the pad Thai with steak and it was very «meh». Pad Thai is supposed to be a very fragrant dish with a lot of flavor. Theirs was very bland and the steak tasted like the stuff they put in Taco Bell steak burritos. Highly doubt I’ll come back.

Noodles & Co is a great option for quick, fresh meals! We have gone about 3X… also love that they have Coke Freestyle machines — I do believe that this is the only location in town that has them.
Tip: ‘Regular’ is the large size, and ‘small’ is the regular, if that makes sense. I think they do this so you order the regular… small is more than big enough ;)

Did anyone expect that a «restaurant» that serves noodle dishes and other options all from a variety of cuisines would do anything right?
Garlic cheese bread lacked both garlic and cheese. The potstickers were oddly flat with a so-​called chicken filling that seemed more like processed mystery meat. A simple meatball pasta had meatballs that seemed like they were competing against elementary school lunch lady meatball for worst meat-​like sphere.
The one decent thing I’ve had here was a pesto pasta with chicken, but it wasn’t anything you couldn’t find in a frozen entrée or by combining some prepackaged items.
Bottom line: Stay away unless you haven’t developed taste buds yet.
