Mosaic is wonderful! I recently completed my teacher training there and had the best experience ever! The environment is so encouraging and fulfilling– definitely one of my favorite studios I have been to ever.

What separates Mosaic is the quality, intensity, and depth of instruction, regardless of instructor or class level/​size. You get the feeling that, for each instructor, yoga practice and teaching is a huge part of who they are — not just a hobby or paycheck. And that really make a difference.
The classes are intimate and personal. Even if there’s a large crowd, I’ve never come away without quality one-​on-​one adjustment/​instruction. The spirituality/​mindfulness component is perfectly balanced and blended with the physical practice. Every class feels totally different than the previous one.
Also a great sense of community and community-​building here. Can’t say enough good things about the studio and the people behind it.
