DO NOT GO HERE. THEY RIP YOU OFF. There is new people working here now and THEY ARE AWFUL. I spent over $ 200.00 to get my phone fixed and a week later the screen was peeling off. They use glue to glue the screen down? That just sounds all kinds of wrong. They have a sign that says 60 day guarantee but once they get your money they do not guarantee anything but them getting paid. They do not care to fix your phone properly and will not go above and beyond to fix it. GO ELSEWHERE! GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE

So happy I took my iPhone here to get the charger port fixed. Yes, it took 5 visits to get it fixed, but in the end, I received a loaner phone while a part was ordered and the warranty was honored. The owner is a pleasure to do business with. Would recommend them to anyone!

Fixed my iPhone 6s in 10 minutes. $ 150 for new screen/​cost of labor, came to about 157 with tax. Not cheap, but cheaper than most anywhere else I found in Charlottesville.
Everything was great once he was done. Asked if I had any questions, concerns, etc. About 15 minutes later I was sending emails and noticed my q button wasn’t working. I promptly returned, and he turned off my «3D touch» and the problem was solved. There is a 60 day warranty that covers any issues like that or with the screen in general (except for user breakage, because duh).
He was very friendly, honest, and extraordinarily quick. I would recommend this to a friend.
Entrance is easiest if you park by the Red Robin/​Sears and enter through the Fashion Square entrance. He is right around the corner when you enter from there. One warning: there are other booths in the mall that do the same thing that I encountered walking over. I cannot attest to the quality of their work (it may be just as good), but it is worth mentioning that if you want this place in particular, make sure you get the name right and not just pick any phone repair booth!

Fast and friendly service, fair price, good warranty on replaced screens. I would definitely recommend iFixt for a shattered iPhone screen.

Dropped my phone and ended up with a broken screen. Thought it was going to be a real hassle to fix. But found ifixt on Unilocal.Ifixt did a good job, no hassles and quick service at the mall. Price isn’t cheap but reasonable and a lot cheaper than bringing it to the Apple store. Definitely would recommend.
