Hamdingers

I’m not normally in the Mall over lunch hour but if you are, you have to hit Hamdingers. It’s a shiny clean stainless steel food cart full of deliciousness (on the ice rink side of 2^nd). I can attest only to the smells of everything but one menu item…
…mmmmmm, bacon. If you know me, you are aware of my love for all things bacon. When i saw «Bacon Dates» on the menu, my heart exploded with joy. I was also pleased to see that the meats in the sausages and skewers are organic.
These BD’s were amazing. Delicious, clean bacon (i’m assuming the bacon was organic, too) wrapped around a succulent date kept warm in a steamy little stainless steel compartment.
It’s 2 hours since popping these babies in my mouth (i got three!) & I’m still happy.
