Denise Interchangeable Knitting Needles

I bought my Denise Interchangeable Knitting Needle set years ago online and I’ve never regretted my decision. It was about $ 50 for my set but it comes with needle heads size 5 to 15 as well as various sizes of cords. They also have a lifetime warranty. If, for some reason, something breaks (due to normal usage!), just mail it back to the company with $ 1 to cover shipping.
Last month, I broke the black connector tips off two of my cords. I was pretty frazzled because the cord popped out and I had to do a mad rush to save my dropped stitches so I wouldn’t have to re-​knit my project. Anyway, I mailed the two cords back to the company and about a week later, I get an envelope from Denise Interchangeable Knitting Needles with a letter apologizing and giving a possible explanation of why two of my cords broke (my set was made more than two years ago, which is prior to when they changed their machines to make less bubbles in the cords — or something to that effect) and then they sent me a WHOLE NEW SET of cords. That is so awesome!
Definite 5 stars for one of the best inventions ever and the BEST customer service!
