I would’ve given 0 star if I could. I am a recent UVA Darden MBA grad and lived in Charlottesville until July 2011. (I had to visit this place for more than a month after car accident.)
First thing first. I am now preparing lawsuit for this person. She has been very dishonest and lying about her progress on the paper work. As she’s not sending out my file to my lawyer, all insurance companies are not taking ANY action — and thanks to this, the UVA emergency room is getting nothing from the insurance companies and legal department of UVA hospital might soon call collection agency. (Can’t blame UVA hospital because they are just a third party here! But guess who should be blamed?) What a disaster! This is all because of one person — Suzanne Coffey.
Especially if you went through a car accident, try this place if you enjoy potentially dealing with collection agencies and preparing another lawsuit for a doctor. Do Not Ever Visit This Place.
