Bob Han’s Shoe Repair & Alterations

Bob’s is the ONLY place to go for shoe repairs, any leather repairs. He is very confident and does great work. I experienced a very negative visit with the Ace shoe repair and then heard about Bob’s. He did not even question whether he could replace the sling backs on my fav summer shoes. He did it in the time promised and did it well. Oh, and for an extremely reasonable price.

They replaced the cuff zippers on my Vanson motorcycle jacket, and the zippers used work better than the factory ones. The price was reasonable, and it was done when they said it would be done. I would go there again, and recommend their services.

Brought my boots in on a Monday to have them worked on and was asked to pay for the service at that time. I asked if I would receive a call when they were ready and was told no and just come in on Wednesday afternoon and they would be ready for pickup. I came in Wednesday afternoon and was told they hadn’t had a chance to work on them yet but they would be ready the following day. The next day I received a call saying they wouldn’t be ready until the following Wednesday (week and a half from original drop-​off). I patiently waited until the following Wednesday and then showed up and was AGAIN told they weren’t ready and they wouldn’t be until the next Tuesday or Wednesday (2+ weeks from original drop-​off). I gave up on the waiting game and requested my boots & money back.
Never did they seem to care about giving me incorrect information or having me drive to their store for no reason and I never received any sort of apology.
Big waste of time!
