I can only vouch for their shipping and packing supplies, not their shipping service.
Mike was helpful in finding what we needed to buy to pack our household goods. He offered to cut large pieces of cardboard to fit our large mattress and our entertainment center. They don’t carry shipping blankets so we had to purchase that elsewhere. We couldn’t fit them in our compact car so he offered to drop them off at our apartment the following day. Customer service is great and the price of shipping supplies is very reasonable since they sell in bulk.

What a great find — I am in the process of shipping out computer components, and after calling/​visiting every Fedex and Uhaul in the area, this was the first place I found that actually had the shipping containers I needed. Plus the owner was super friendly and helpful in getting me exactly the kind of insulation I needed for my computer parts. I don’t ship things often, but when I do, I now use Blue Ridge.
