i have been seeing Dr. Hay for over a decade — he is calm and kind and warm, and has always provided excellent medical care for my cat and my dog. This past week, unfortunately, he told me that my dog had inoperable mouth cancer. He is incredibly compassionate, and although this is an extraordinarily difficult time for our family, I am so very grateful that we have had him at the helm.

Dr. Hay is fantastic. He’s the only vet on staff (although all the other techs are just as friendly and helpful). He really likes spending time with his clients. He’s great with animals, and you can really tell he has a love for them. He knows exactly how to explain complicated medical problems in simple terms. He’s been taking care of my cats since they were kittens, and he’s always given great advice. The prices are lower than most clinics too. Even if you don’t live near Forest Lakes, it really is well worth the trip!
