The actual optometrist was great. they were very professional and answered all of my concerns. Picking out the glasses is where all should think twice… the first time when I went to pick up my glasses, I was told that they were not there and I was questioned if I even order them at this location. I was funny because I had just went in the day before. After waiting 20 minutes while they located them and then had to make them I finally received them. 2 days later I returned them to swap them out due to them not fitting. The lady who began helping me asked my name then cut me off to take a phone call. After she entered my name in the system she insisted someone else help me as she walked off to help someone else. The customer service sucks and my glasses still are not right.
