5th visit to get a warranty replacement for a faulty Samsung phone. The contract end date mysteriously changed, they do not know why, replacement phone they sent me was defective, twice. The HOURS I’ve wasted. i can’t stand this place!

Usually is really friendly but idk what was this girl problem she was very dull and look like hasn’t showered in weeks, I asked questions and she barely had a answer I left really disappointed and ended going to the Apple Store in South Park Mall I think her name was Christina or Christine blonde hair blue eyes but she was awful, I been a sales person so I know the type of personality it takes to deal with people.

So we had a great experience with this store when we went to go get our new iPhone 6. The day I got my phone I had to charge it because the battery life sucked. But I thought that it was due to all of my apps downloading and setting up the phone. The next day I had to charge it again by the middle of the day and I barely used my phone because I was in class. My sister got her iPhone 6 the same time. In the past, my sister has been known for using her phone much more than anyone in our family. She did not need to charge it until the end of the 2nd day. Additionally, I had my phone for 2 days when I realized there was a small dent in the screen on my phone. It’s not a big deal but I spent like $ 600 on a new phone here. C’mon it should be perfect. I think I have a right to be picky. On top of all of this, I can’t make calls on my phone because people I’m calling cannot hear me. I went to the Verizon store to get it exchanged for a new one. Let’s face it I need a new one. And I was told the battery life sucked because I used Facebook? Really? It’s a smartphone! I should be able to use Facebook without worrying that my phone would die. They then did a «check» by calling someone for 10 minutes to see if the battery life went down 10% and it went down 1%. Ok great it’s not my battery it’s me… because I shouldn’t be using apps on my smart phone because that’s not what I got it for while my sister’s phone stays on for at least 2 days. I was told the dent in my phone was small and not worth exchanging for. And was told to turn on the HD on my phone for calling… All of which did not help any problems that I have been having with this phone. I have only had this phone for 5 days.

Do not shop this store. Every time we have gone in the staff is rude and could care less if they keep you as a customer. Been waiting for the contract to expire so we could leave. Gave them opportunity to keep us. They didn’t care. Taking my business elsewhere.

After a really crappy experience w/another sales rep @ the Ballantyne Village Verizon store earlier today, I was kinda reluctant to go back to Verizon. However, I decided to give it one more chance at a diff location and I can honestly say that Verizon is back in my good graces thanks to their rep Kyle who was sensational. He got my mom and myself squared away w/brand new iphones, the family plan, and all the accessories we were jonsin’ for without being pushy. He also went above and beyond and helped get us a discount. I was blissfully unaware my company had such a corporate discount, but he opened my eyes to that fact and saved me $ which he didn’t have to do as I was a buyer regardless. His demeanor was COMPLETELY diff from the sales rep over in the Ballantyne Village store. This guy was smart, respectful, listened to what I wanted/needed and made it happen. Verizon, you are lucky to have this rep who exceeded my expectations and was a stand up guy!

Crap service We couldn’t get any service on ATT wireless at this location so we switched to Verizon. The world phone that my partner wanted had to be ordered, we were told«It should be here on Friday, I’ll call you when it gets here» No call on Friday, Saturday, Monday or Tuesday or Wed so we called and the customer service person who had attended us said«It just got here!» . We drive over and she’s gone for the day and there’s a label on the box showing that it had indeed been delivered the previous Friday and she didn’t call us. The young man who handled it then seemed very unhappy at having to spend time with us and sent us on our way with a non functioning phone, telling us that we’ll get a text message soon. There was no text message or phone service and two days later we drive back to Verizon to find out that the second agent had failed to activate the phone or to tell us to do it both. Eight days to get a phone transfer, 2 days without any service, good going! FAIL!
