Worst experience ever. We picked up the truck and loaded it in two an a half hours and brought it back to put the car on the trailer hitch. Little did we know they had not tested the brake lights on the truck to hitch connection and 3 ½ hours later we’re still sitting here waiting for the mechanic to fix the truck’s light connection. The managers have been rude and very unhelpful and the only reason the mechanic is here is because we called roadside assistance ourselves. Absolutely go to another U-​Haul location in Charlotte if you can.
