This is in kind of a hidden location off of Park Rd. Easy to get to, but you don’t see it from the main road. I was looking for a shower curtain and didn’t find the color I was looking for, but did find a sheet set. That’s the way Tuesday Morning seems to be… you’re looking for something and maybe you find it or don’t, but you’ll definitely find something. They already have Christmas stuff out along with children’s clothes, pet stuff, food stuff… lots of stuff! I ended up coming out with a couple of insulated wine purses that made great gifts to a couple of friends. I’m glad to know it’s here and I’ll check back for unique gift options.

As usual this Tuesday Morning seems oddly located — tucked back into a corner between a restaurant and a bridal boutique, it would be easy to miss. This particular store is somewhat small, but there are plenty of good deals to be found. If you need a small quantity of a number of things(two to four towels, one set of curtains, a dog bed, a lamp, a Hello Kitty bath set, a phone charger), stop in and browse around. The staff is friendly.

I found Croswell shower hooks for $ 5.99, and a shower caddy for $ 14.99 but my daughter who needs it very badly is refusing it, and a beautiful crocheted bath mat for $ 24.99. All they had left was round and of course we would have preferred square. They also had a long rectangular rug and I think we’re gonna exchange the short round for the long rectangular because it will serve both her shower and sink area. I was disappointed that they did not have any magnets, except for(2) very not functional packages. I need heavily weighted ones for her refrigerator. The sales manager was very nice and he knew the history of Tuesday Morning. As it turns out Tuesday Morning was started in our hometown of Dallas, TX and we have the largest Tuesday Morning of all on Inwood, which I haven’t yet visited, but will. Charlotte, NC has the second largest store and we are going there today.

I unexpectedly stumbled into this shop while in the Dilworth area. I don’t know if it was the set up of the store or the elvis head right next to the front door with the sign next to it: «Please do not touch Elvis; Elvis is not a toy», but something told me this place was cool. I continued on to check it out. If you love finding really cool and unique items for your home, from décor to everyday needs, and don’t mind a mess, this place is for you. While not set up so great,(think boxes everywhere and disorganization), you are bound to have a great experience while shopping here. The staff is extremely friendly and will help you find what you are looking for, the prices are reasonable, and they’ve got eclectic things you may not find elsewhere. They also have lots of items on clearance right now, and I understand they do much of the time. I would totally recommend this place.
