I had a recent car accident and my car was totaled. I’m not one for words, but the way the local branch, and the state branch handled the claim was excellent. They were attentive, sympathetic, quick and professional even before they got confirmation that the other party admitted 100% liability. I don’t mean to sound like a tv ad, but when they say «Nationwide is on you side» they evidently mean it. Good job Nationwide and thanks for being my in agent.

The women in this office are a rag-​tag bunch. Very «old school» and unprofessional in today’s business world. I like Nationwide Insurance services as a whole, but I wouldn’t use this particular branch.
