As we are looking to get our chimney cleaned before the winter season, I remembered a review I meant to post about Chimney Masters from last year. Last winter my husband purchased a Groupon deal from this company. Both of us called multiple times to schedule an appointment. The one time my husband got through to them, they said it would be three months before their first available appointment. Terrible company, fraudulent deal.

Purchased a deal from Living Social. Chimney Masters responded via email (canned), with instructions to call and scheduled appointment. Took over 3 weeks for them to return call and confirm scheduled appointment. «Next» available appointment was TWO months out! When date finally arrived– THEY WERE A NO CALL NO SHOW! Called many times, left messages with no response. Received refund from Living Social. These guys are FRAUDS– beware!
