April was so sweet and did such a great job on my hair cut. She made sure to know what I was wanting and did exactly that. I would recommend this salon to anyone who’s looking for great service and talent.

April does the most amazing color! I haven’t had a day since she colored my hair that I haven’t gotten a compliment! Super cute salon too!!!

Ashley Taylor is the BEST stylist I’ve ever had! She always knows exactly how to cut my hair, and goes above and beyond with styling and finishing off the style each visit. I no longer live in Charlotte, but I take trips solely for seeing Ashley when I need a trim! I highly recommend her to anyone in the area!

Nice stylist, but do NOT go here if are on a time schedule, they are not. They joke about being on «stylist time», wasn’t funny when I was waiting for my haircut.

My friend Laurie (Brixton Hue) back in San Jose always cut my hair and did it shortly before I moved out to Charlotte. My hair was getting long so I was needing a cut soon.
I had been in town for just over a week when I was getting out of an interview downtown and was looking for a place to eat. I accidentally found this alley of stores that had a couple of hair shops. I had already been browsing Unilocal for some potentials. When it came time to make an appointment though every shop was booked.
I was finally able to get an opening at Technicuts with Ashley. After showing her a pic of my last haircut (a very bad one, but it was all I had) in Cali she went to work.
I was pretty stoked at the end. My hair looked great, she did it quickly, was precise and I got good insight on what to do in Charlotte.
I already booked my next appointment.

I’ve tried the others. I’ve tried to save a few dollars at Supercuts and some other shops near my house. All it did was get me mad. All it did was make me regret saving $ 5 and force me to hang my head in shame for the great new bowl cut they hooked me up with.
I’ve learned my lesson and I will now only go to my own stylist now. Ashley always hooks me up right. Fades are clean, top is thinned and I don’t even have to tell her what I want.
