I guess go in the morning. I work across the street and was having equipment trouble off and on. When I was there in the morning, I got help. In the afternoon, I was treated as an interruption of the sports/news/music debate that was going on.

While we were on the hunt for a new cell phone company, one of the stops we made was at T-Mobile(actually, several of the stops were at T-Mobile, and one of the stops was at this location). The store is a royal pain to get into — you have to really know where you are going or you just will not make it. Even if you know where you are headed you have to be paying attention or you might have troubles. Once inside, the staff is generally useful — unless you get there just before closing. In that case, they will be helpful but only to answer questions in rapid-fire mode to get you out as quickly as possible so they can close right at the appointed hour. Put another way: You may want to get there a good while before closing if you need anything done, because it probably will not happen then.
