I was quoted one price, but given another when I got to the store. I sent an email to the owner and he personally called me to apologize for the misunderstanding and agreed to honor the original price quoted. I have not had this stellar type of customer service experience before and am most impressed. Like Everyone I’ve spoken with has been very nice and now they are going above and beyond to make things right. Customer appreciation at its best!

I never write reviews but had too on this one. This place is a ripoff for iPhone repairs wanted to charge me 350 to repair my 6 plus when other repair shops in the area charge 100 dollars less and the Apple Store only charged me 130. The service desk guys was rude… so glad I did my research before being grossly over charged

My review is ONLY for the uptown/Overstreet Mall location. About a month ago I broke the screen on my new iPhone 6. I stopped by Stay Mobile in a panic inquiring about a screen replacement. Maybe the fact that I was panicking was my downfall. The gentleman looked at my phone and said he could fix it that day. That was great news then he adds«but i’ll cost you.» I expected it to cost me, the idiot! He then goes the phone just came out and the parts are more expensive. He gave me a replacement price of $ 300! It was the 6 not even the 6 Plus. I let him know that was too much and left. That evening I went to the Apple store and they took a look at my phone, told me that could have it repaired in about an hour and the cost was $ 109! Now tell me how Apple could replace the screen for such a reasonable amount and Stay AWAY Mobile wanted to charge me an extra $ 200. Just goes to show how some companies try to get over on the customer when they’re in a bind. I will never go back to Stay Mobile and have told everyone I can about my experience. They’ve officially been renamed STAYAWAYMOBILE by me! Don’t do business here, there are more reputable companies out there that appreciate and value their customers.

Each individual I spoke with was very nice. But as a whole the customer service for this place left a lot to be desired. My part was not in on time, nobody called me to let me know when it did come in, and finally nobody told me until last min that the backs they provide wouldn’t be fit for my purposes. All in all I wasted about a week and a half dealing with this place. It’s close and convenient for people working uptown, but I was really disappointed with their poor communication.

Had a issue with my s3 and was in clt so looked up cell phone repair and found Smartphone MD. Fixed in a hour and on my way. Parking is next to impossible but if you can stomach that then I Reccomend.
