Staybridge Suites Charlotte Ballantyne

All around an excellent stay! There were seven of us staying together and we all agree that we didn’t have a single complaint. We stayed in a two bedroom suite with two bathrooms, kitchenette, and a large sitting area. The hotel was clean and everything looked new. There was a laundry basket in each closet and there was a free guest laundry room on the first floor. The kitchenette was fully stocked with dishes for anything you would need. There was also a large fridge! The showers and bathrooms were also a great size, with plenty of hot water to go around.
The staff was super friendly and helpful. Also, the free hot breakfast was wonderful and much better than most hotel breakfasts. There were waffles, eggs, bacon, toast, yogurt, an assortment of fruits and yogurts, etc., which were all well cooked and delicious. I will gladly book at this hotel again if I were back in the area.

Amazing stay, the staff is super friendly. I enjoyed Tuesdays wine and beer social. The rooms are modern and clean. They offer a Gym, Pool and BBQ in the middle courtyard. A must stay in NC.

Came here for Carowinds. We stayed 2 nights and it was very nice. Everything was very clean and we were greeted at the front desk by a super great and very personable guy named Keith. It was a long day on the road and we were pretty miserable after discovering the initial hotel I booked lied to me and we found this place last minute. Keith cheered us up along with the cookies and water at check in. That was very refreshing. I would definitely recommend this place for everyone especially families since they have a separate room which is what I was originally looking for.

Great suite hotel! Easily fit our family of five plus our dog. Breakfast was very good. Would stay here again– more of a family place.

I have stayed in other suite hotels but the Staybridge — Charlotte Ballantye is by far the best so far! From check-​in to check out my experience was excellent. Check-​in was speedy and upon arrival I was given a snack gift bag and there were also fresh baked cookies available at the counter.
The suite is like a home away from home. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need (minus the groceries). There is even a free bag of microwavable popcorn for a stay in movie night. Everything was clean and comfortable.
The complimentary breakfast buffet was wonderful! They have omelets (pre made), fruit, fresh pastries, coffee, tea, juice, cereal (hot and cold), and you can even make your own waffles.
There is ample parking and the location is located in a great area with shopping and restaurants very close by. It is also centrally located to other destinations as well. Downtown Charlotte is about 20 minutes away.
I loved this hotel and would stay here again when visiting the Charlotte area.

Was put up here for 1 week with my work. Rooms were very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was served each morning and was warm and tasty. Would have no issue ever staying here again. Within walking distance of Ballentyne Corp Park.

Very clean rooms, friendly staff, nice neighborhood, great stay!
