(4÷25÷2016) I went to the Starbucks by the PZA off C on the way to E concourse. It’s a bustling intersection, just wanted a little pick me up before getting on a connecting flight. Got a large iced coffee. Be forewarned, if you don’t do it yourself, the coffee comes light and sweet, they do use a fair amount of sugar and cream. Had a Blueberry Scone, cakey, not too sweet, dry, kind stale around the edges, light drizzle of icing. There is always a weird metallic and funny filmy aftertaste to the Starbucks scones(and yet I continue to eat them). Service was pretty fast, if not always paying attention(yeah, the kid still spelled my name wrong even after I spelled it for him, and I’m not buying that they spell it wrong on purpose). Perfectly fine location to caffeine up, if this one’s too busy, just keep heading down to your gate, there’s likely another one there, too.

What a terrible Starbucks! Zero sense of urgency to complete your order in a place where it matters most… the airport when people have to catch flights! And of course there’s a trainee on cashier with a huge line… just my luck grrrr Starbucks, your brand is worsening!

Well, when you’re stuck at the airport … what can ya do but come to Starbucks. At least for your $ 8.99 sandwich its more substance and better quality ingredients than the $ 7.99 thin bread no meat sandwich next door at the Coke Cola store. The staff here tries to be fast, but people just plain don’t know what they want to order. As a result a person can spend a good 5 min in the register ordering TEA with some steamed milk in it. It’s not really that complicated … but apparently it is here. If you find a long line here, go elsewhere as you’ll likely wait at least 10+ min.

Ordered a flat white. Got a latte made with whole milk. Yes we can taste the difference between one shot and two in a tall cup. Please make it the right way.

The barista was very nice but it was incredibly slow and the scone was so old I just threw it away. My drink was fine but it was n ot worth it. There’s another starbucks closer to C(this one was by E). I would try that one if you have to have your starbucks fix — otherwise, skip it and save your money.

They really need to do something different at these locations — in a couple of years it’s just going to be a stop at only if necessary place. Nothing seems new — staff were not friendly at all and if you are going to charge me that much for a cup of coffee — you are going to have to up your game!

E Concourse: This possibly the worst Starbucks I have ever been in. The service was semi rude and just terrible. I ordered a grande regular coffee and a muffin and had to wait almost 2 minutes even though I was 1 of 2 people in the store. The muffin was so dry I tossed it. Coffee was good hence the two stars instead of minus 2.

Great experience, no line, fast service, smiling faces. The cold brew was good and so was the lemon pound cake.

This place is the quickest at Charlotte airport, hands down! You go to any other location inside B or C terminal or even D and they not only have a ton of people in line, they are too slow. The best thing here is customer service; they have a guy by the name of Fulton, the best customer service oriented guy I have ever seen at Starbucks or any other place for that matter. He is simply the best. In fact, now that I think about it, all the staff members at this location are nice as well, knowledgeable and fast. Stop by and you won’t regret it… right after terminal B TSA check point on the left.

SBux has redeemed my faith in their coffees & the redeemer goes by the name: Flat White Having just gone through the nightmare of a 45 min line for airport check-in, I was looking forward to my morning coffee — but they only had SBux in the airport… well, lucky for me! This location was just right, after security, while you’re still in the main terminal I’d 1st enjoyed a flat white in New Zealand & was interested in seeing how SBux interpreted the mix Let’s just say I *finally* have a strong coffee w/the correct ratio of coffee to milk… no extra shot(or 3) required as I *always* found SBux too weak & who wants to fork over $ 10 for all those extra shots There was a small line & it went super-fast — when I asked the cashier for a triple flat white — they only offer it in a Grande size, the barista came over & advised me the flat white already came w/3 shots & I’m thinking score! But as I was standing by the waiting area, there was a sign behind the barista saying there were 2 ristretto shots in the flat white(A ristretto shot delivers a sweeter, more intense coffee flavor) So I was thinking, either I was just misinformed or the signage is wrong… even on their website, it says it’s made w/2 shots… but as I picked up my drink, I confirmed she gave me 3& she said yes… so you can decide what’s what for yourself Upon first sip, this was a phenomenal coffee — no sweetener required, nice rich milk ratio(even w/nonfat!) and the coffee was bold & strong So SBux, whatever this Flat White ended up actually being…2 shots or 3… you have restored my faith in your coffee & I have found my go-to drink!

Fastest Starbucks that I’ve been to that had a super long line. I was able to get my coffee in about 5 – 7 minutes with about 15 people ahead of me. I’ve never been to a Starbucks that had extremely fast service. This is the one that is in the open«food court» area in the middle of all the concourses. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because my coffee wasn’t super hot. it needed to be a little hotter than it was but it was still hotter than room temperature. And they don’t have a microwave or toaster oven to heat their pastries I wish the Starbucks by my house was this fast

The service was alright and I guess I can pardon them because they seemed to be continuously swapped. I was able to charge my devices while I waited for my plane and the little nook they had had a glass window that allowed me to even monitor my flight times because my gate happened to be the one between this Starbucks and the neighboring restaurant. It really wasn’t anything special but it was convenient and I can appreciate that.

Sad… girl at the check out was not in a good mood and super passive aggressive! And they were playing some of the most depressing music I’ve ever heard(and I love every kind of music)! I thought coffee made everyone haopy!!! ;p

I only had about 10 – 12 minutes between my flights… I was rushing from the C Terminal to the D Terminal when I came across this Starbucks. The line wasn’t long, thankfully. I was able to quickly get my beverage with decent customer service.

Disgusting. I ordered a slice of pumpkin loaf and water. The woman who took my order was blowing her nose and wiping it with her bare hands! Yuck! She seemed to have a bad cold!

After missing my connection flight, I decided to kill my time during the three hour wait at this Starbucks. The baristas are really sweet and hard working. There are times when the line wrap around the front of the store and there are times when you can get your drink right away. I get my usual iced black tea and it does taste a bit bitter initially cuz it was not mixed well. I saw the barista just pouring the drink in my cup without shaking it in the shaker. Also, its a but more expensive than the regular Starbucks. Their Charlotte and North Carolina mugs are really cute!

This review is for the Starbucks kiosk located between Terminals B and C, directly across from the TSA security checkpoint at Charlotte Douglas International Airport. We quickly stopped by this Starbucks a couple weeks ago and ordered two venti iced green tea lattes with 2% milk. They were $ 3.30 each plus a $ 0.75 syrup fee. In general, iced green tea lattes aren’t beverages that are commonly ordered at Starbucks stores, especially because it’s typically not listed on the menu. However, most Starbucks outlets are equipped with the matcha green tea powder needed in order to make the drink. It’s interesting to see how different baristas prepare the green tea lattes. We’ve run into several instances where it was the barista’s first time. Willard mixed ours and he did a fine job. He vigorously shook the powder, milk, and syrup(instead of stirring) so the drink was smooth and sweet. The drink wasn’t chalky nor powdery. Service was lightning quick. It helped that the kiosk wasn’t busy at the time. Overall, my experience at this Starbucks was A-OK.

Well, you know, it’s Starbucks. We both had a hankering for some sort of breakfast pastry type thing on an early morning flight, and this was what we had. I’ve noticed that the breakfast pastries at Starbucks have been slowly declining. Ours was a touch dry and crumbly … a little too much so for my liking. Service was surprisingly quick given the crush of people looking for their caffeine fix.
