I love Starbucks but this particular location isn’t the best. Got up at 6:30 am to get a iced coffee and got home and it tasted like a glass of milk. No coffee whatsoever just ice and milk! If you love caffeine then don’t go here you will be disappointed. Customer service is good but the way they make their drinks are horrible. Please get people who care about the customers and know how to properly make Starbucks drinks.

Recently visited this Starbucks location for the first time. I love the area it is in and loved the atmosphere of the Starbucks itself. I know most people are familiar with their products but I find it helpful when I know about service and space when it comes to Starbucks since the service can vary as can the seating space. This particular branch had great service the day I attended and decent seating for a Starbucks with a wide open interior and seating outside in the front and the rear.

The coffee here is the same as any other Starbucks, what makes this location stand out is the service. I live around the corner and stop in frequently, all staff members provide excellent service and are so friendly especially Cali! She rocks!

Hey the coffee is great! If your going to be in and out. If you plan on hanging out, the glare is terrible. You will be blinded by the sun. The need blinds for sure.

Placed an online order for pick up and when I got to the store, the barista was too busy talking to her friend to see me standing there. Nearly 10 minutes later, another cashier asked me what my name was, and handed me my cold latte and sandwich. Not impressed with this location.

I don’t often go to Starbucks. I prefer a plain black coffee and don’t see the point of paying $ 4 for it. But this location so very chill and I always meet some really cool people here. Plus its sandwiched between Heroes Aren’t Hard To Find Comics and Crisp, which has the best salads. There is great outside sitting and the comic book next door provides something different to read, so if you are killing time this is the perfect place. I’ll come here on a nice afternoon before work and enjoy a latte, then grab a salad or wrap from Crisp to give me something to eat on my dinner break.

Meh. its A-ok. Its Starbucks. and quite average at that. If you live in the area and can walk here than I would consider that, but finding a parking spot is a nightmare. The lot is very small and located behind the building. It can only hold about 10 – 15 cars between the two businesses sharing it. That is terrible, considering that the other business Crisp, gets a lot of foot traffic. Now, if you were lucky enough to find a spot, be ready to walk around the building to enter at the front. Not sure why they didn’t have the back door near the parking lot opened. but it was sketchy having to walk around. The inside was okay. It wasn’t anything special and quite small. There were not a lot of places to sit due to the limited space. The barista on duty was nice. I think their customer service is regulated by tight guidelines. which I am not complaining about, but sometimes it can be obvious. The drink was good, I got the pumpkin spice latte, venti of course. This is the closest Starbucks to me. However, I live between this Starbucks AND Not Just Coffee, located in the 7th Street Market. After this experience, I have decided to go to the market for coffee when I need to get my fix. There I can find more natural artesian style drinks for a fraction of the cost. More importantly I can find parking!

Great place for food, tea, meeting spot in Elizabeth. I think the staff are friendly and efficient and relatively fast in my a.m. commute. The spinach feta wrap is very good. I like their teas. The outside patio is small but has a good view.

why is this Starbucks so much better than any other one I’ve ever been to? Is it the awesome baristas that work there? Is it their fast service? Is it the neighborhood feel? Or is it the ample seating that makes getting work done easy? The answer is YES. Also, if you’re in a hurry I highly suggest using the order ahead feature on the Starbucks app. I’ve literally ordered from the parking lot, skipped the line and my drink was ready for me when I walked in. By the way, the crew here is AWESOME!!!

Rude & unprofessional employees. Not worth the attitude or inconvenience. Expect below standard at this location.

I’ve gotten the same drink for years, at many different Starbucks. They can’t seem to make it right. Remember when Starbucks retrained their employees on how to make each coffee perfect? They need to do that again here. They don’t even mix it. Add in no parking, dusty interior; not good at all.

Quick service except the Frappuccino was really watery, not sure if that is a consistent problem at this location.

The guys and gals at Starbucks will remember your order if you’re a regular. And if you never change, you will have your order almost as soon as you make your way up to the register. The place is just too small for the amount of people who come for a cup of Joe. The bathroom is a bit scary, but what can you expect?! Coffee makes you GO! The new food company they use is 10000000 times better than the stale old crap they used to serve. Watch out, most days there are a million cab drivers just chilling at this location. It makes for difficult parking and long wait times. The parking lot is FULL of pot holes in the ground. So it’s best to not drive the smaller or sport cars here. Your tires will bust! They should really invest in a 10 dollar bag of cement and fix the lot!

I really like this location, and the baristas here. Sure the parking is chaotic, and the line can get long. Overall it’s a Starbucks, accurate and pretty speedy: D

Ditto on most the negative stuff. My server seemed bothered that I requested a plate for my munchies since I was eating there. Yes, music is loud bit I liked the selections. Had a pour-over decaf which was excellent, as was the slice of pumpkin bread. This national chain cannot complete with Charlotte’s Not Just Coffee; however, in spite of the awkward parking it’s a good compromise.

It’s a Starbucks. Not a lot of surprises here. If you live in Elizabeth or drive down 7th Street, this is your coffee pop-in stop. The inside is small. Last time I went in for an iced coffee, there was a very awkward job interview happening that sounded more like the worst first date ever. Because of the size of the place, we were all involved. The parking situation here is brutal. Do not park in a space next door that is marked for Dollar Store, etc only. Sure, you may think it’s just a few minutes to run inside and grab a cup of joe. They boot in the lot and they do it quickly. Pay close attention to the signs. This is my new Starbucks. I am now an Elizabeth resident. So, yes I’ll stop in when there’s a free parking spot open and I need some caffeine in my life. If it’s busy, I’ll venture on down the road to get my fix.

This tiny Starbucks has a firecracker of a barista working there. I don’t know what her name is, but I want to hire her for our marketing team. This girl was legit. Other than that, typical Starbucks(with the addition of a funky back patio).

Loudest music EVER. WHYWHYWHYWHYWHY do they need to BLAST the music?! This in turn makes this location one of the loudest I have ever been in. As someone who needed a normal coffee shop loudness this was INSANE. The noise is just obscene. The ONLY reason I went here instead of Sunflour is that Sunflour(right next door) is closed Mondays(breaking my heart!). If you can, go to Sunflour and NOT Starbucks!!!

Tiny Starbucks on a busy intersection. Not much for seating inside, but folks are still here to hangout with their laptops, drink coffee and do job interviews. It’s the same as any other *$ with coolers of drinks and pastries. Note that they do NOT have a drivethrough.
