Starbucks

Always my favorite Starbucks! When all other locations around consistently mess up simple orders, I’ve yet to have that happen at this location. When you go to a Starbucks, especially one with a drive thru, you have to expect somewhat of a wait time but I’m always happy with the wait times here.

I’ve been here for 20 minutes. Got food in less than 5 minutes STILL waiting on my coffee!!! Asked about it. …“it’s coming ma’am.”
In serious need of more staff or better training.

I ordered an iced coffee and a mocha through the drive-​up window, and she delivered my beverages as requested, with a smile and a personality. I’m a fan.

Okay, what gives, Starbucks? I thought I’d come back a good 3 months later and get another drink. You do the same thing to me. Where’s my whipped cream? What the heck??? How does this even happen? Someone has to be the one filling the cup and they make a conscious decision that it looks full and the drink looks done, so the put a lid on it and pass it to the drive-​thru guy. Are you hiring lazy people with no depth perception and who can’t read now?

Hours posted are not accurate. Doors locked and closed by 8 pm on Sundays.
Not a bad Starbucks overall, but always a bit crowded with long term patrons, and the drive through is on the slower end of the range for a Starbucks.

Before church, I pre-​ordered my coffee via the app. ((Which I love by the way)) I was told it would be 14 minutes till it was ready.
Once I arrived to the Arrowood Rd Starbucks location (1719 Forest Point Dr., Charlotte, NC), the drink was ready but it was made incorrectly. The young lady made my Caramel Macchiato cold instead of hot.
Once she made the drink the final product was not presentable. Because I was short on time, I didn’t have the young lady to remake the drink. So, I took the drink but wasn’t pleased. Once I got in the car I took photos and sent it to Starbucks Twitter account. I understand sometime, the store can get busy and we’re all in a rush to get everyone their drinks out on time. But presentation is key.

Nice people, but they seem a bit disorganized and unfamiliar with their own systems. Could be new employees or an off day. Either way, it’s a nice place to hide out from the rush hour traffic. Their drive-​thru is an added bonus.

As with all chain restaurants I assume the average Unilocaler has already formed a general opinion. Starbucks is usually a love or hate for the consumer. While I personally like Starbucks, I believe they are pricy for what they provide. I generally go when work is really hectic or I have a gift card. These past couple weeks have been the combination of both.
This location is the only one on my commute to and from work, so it is my go to location. The wait for the wonderful dose of legal stimulant is not usually super long and the one time I had a frustrating wait they comped my coffee.
My main complaint about this location is the food selection. I have not met one of their reheated sandwiches that I cared for, and this location is low on the healthy options. I haven’t seen the bistro boxes or parfaits in this location which would be my first choice if picking up food. I will occasionally have the petite vanilla scones (which is frequent out of stock item).
Confession — I am both terrified and hopeful that one day Starbucks will make a whipped cream Frappuccino. Whatever they put in their whipped cream is completely addictive.

Never had a bad experience here. The staff is super nice. If you haven’t joined their rewards program you are MISSING OUT!!! Easy and quick when your on the go. Plus theres no sign up fees

It appears that while the Whitehall Location is remodeling and I’ve relocated to this Starbucks to hang out, they have upped their game from my previous review.
Whitehall is still my favorite (and I look forward to seeing it after the remodel) but the staff here at this location are now much friendlier than my previous visits here. Also it appears that the speed has improved! My drink was made in a timely manner today!
I don’t know if there was a change in management or what, but I’m now quite a bit happier at this Starbucks location!

Starbucks is slacking on a whole with employees but for the price of 5.50 for a drink you’d think they would get it right. They ask you what you’d like to drink write it down and still can’t get it right. No listening skills required apparently. Always check your order at this location 3x now they’ve screwed up drive through order. Ugh.

Slowest wi-​fi I’ve ever experienced at a Starbucks. There are only 2 people on laptops here, myself included, and it’s taking a minute to load a web page. Part of the product Starbucks sells is the ability to do work here, and they are not delivering at this location.

This Starbucks is very poorly managed and extremely unsanitary. The baristas are very friendly but appear very stressed out as they seem to always be short staffed. Therefore the line moves quite slowly, and product quality is also sub standard.

I was in town on business and finished work early. Needed a place to setup my computer and comfortable place to sit.
Grabbed an iced tea and connected to their wi fi. I stayed around 2 hours and had no major concerns.
The one issue was the music was a little to load. Its not that load in other locations.
Still, I enjoyed my visit. Thanks.

My third time here twice with my wife and once with both my wife and youngest daughter and a friend. I love the lattes and frappes! My wife is a coffee lover and my daughter lover the lollipop cake and the pumpkin cake I had was awesome. There is easy access able drive thru and every time I have come here staff was inviting and very nice. It close to where I live not that far a drive and right off the highway.

Convenient drive-​through location that delivered a tasty beverage. No complaints.

I’m in love with this location. I would pass up about 4 SBs just to go to this one. I see the familiar faces every morning. When I would say hi on the intercom, they knew right away what I want, love the little chats while sitting at the window waiting on my latte. Definitely my favorite SB.

Prime location right off the Interstate with an easy drive-​through. A small seating area inside.
The team working the counter during the morning rush was excellent. Organized, speedy, efficient and polite, I’d love to see more *$ crews like this. They were on top of the usual custom coffee orders and still managed to make chit-​chat with the walk-​in customers (especially the ladies… hmmm…) while taking money.
Not the best location if you’re looking to hang out with your laptop and suck up some free wifi, but a good place to meet a friend for a coffee or get one to go.

It’s a standalone Starbucks with a Drive Thru. There’s something about a coffee house with a Drive thru that just ruins it for me. I always go inside even if it’s just to go in and out.
Inside it’s nice but it’s a standard starbucks vibe. Nothing really funky about this one. But the coffee is consistent like any other store and it’s down the street from work so whenever I get tired of the Flavia machine. I come down here.

Big wood box. Looks nice from a far, but someone didn’t think through the entire situation. That lovely material quality appears to be fraying at the edges due to a lack of thought in the detailing and how it would stand up to the weather in Charlotte. This is a design issue, though, and I digress.
