Liz was able to help me with the staging of my home to make it more attractive to potential buyers. By moving a few things around, adding some accent pieces and opening up the flow she transformed my home into a showpiece. After seeing what she was able to do, I only wish I had her help me years ago when I first moved in. My home looked great.
With her help my house sold in 24 hours after being on the market. I truly do not believe this would have happened without her help.

Quite some years ago, my North Carolina home was on the market for months, while having done all, and I mean ALL the typical Realtor-​suggested things. When my Realtor contract was up, I contacted Liz, through a shining recommendation by a good friend. Her impeccable eye for style and attention to detail are amazing. My house showed. It shined. It sold… In 11 days. It sold for our original asking price with our first Realtor, considerably more than we’d had to lower our expectations to. The difference in our profit was huge compared to the very reasonable fee for making our house so marketable.
Although I’ve since moved out of state, I’ve used Liz’s talent to help in designing a kitchen remodel, then a bathroom. Having had no luck in finding such talent in Augusta Ga, Liz has staged a home for us here as well. We are now doing a large addition to our modest home, and I will again be grateful to contract her expertise. She is awesomely talented, and a true professional.
