Squeegee Pros

I would give the company overall 4 stars, be because they screwed my appt up after I has already waited 3 weeks for them to come do this job, and didn’t have me on the books the day they were supposed to show up. BUT, after me griping a bit, they kindly squeezed me in here and there throughout the week. My gutters were bad. We had moved in and it seemed the people hadn’t had them cleaned in a long long time. Wes came twice in the week to complete the job and I’m sure he worked past his usual stop time to get the job done. He was reliable, communicative, polite and friendly and did a great job on our sizable home with steep roofs. Unfortunately he left the downspouts blocked completely and It rained pretty hard in the next few days and we had to call repeatedly for them to come back out. The customer service provided by the girl answering the phone is pretty bad, She needs to go to McDonald’s for her basic training in that in that, but the owner or field manager takes care of stuff if you insist. Overall they did a pretty good job. If you have the time and energy to be persistent the job will get done. We need power washing next and I will Update the review after that!

I recently had the opportunity to have Squeegee Pros pressure clean my siding. They were incredible. I was informed I did not have to be at home and the technician would take care of the job. I received a call from Squeegee informing me the technician would arrive at 8:00 AM on Sat morning. He arrived on time as expected. When I returned home on the following day, my siding looked new again! All of the mildew and dirt had been removed. i highly recommend Squeegee Pros!!!
