Big problem! I signed up for a plan that the Sprint sales person calculated with me on monthly cost and there were two $ 15 access fees that he did not tell me about. To get out of my contract and go back to Verizon it would cost me $ 1950.00! All Sprint had to do was to take those access fees off my bill for the totality of the contract and honor what the sales person said and all would have been a ok. I know a lot of people and will be telling everyone I know to stay away from Sprint! I hope Sprint reads these posts because I would love a call from them as I can’t get anywhere with customer service. I have called in 3x’s. They won’t budge! Leave Sprint alone. The customer service and the phone service can’t compare to Verizon! Just posted this on Facebook!

I have had verizon for over 15 yrs. I went into the sprint store to cancel my verizon and get sprint phones, not once was I greeted by the three sales person. Went in three times the last time, I waited for 40 min and was not greeted. Now I am a happy T mobile customer. Sprint you lost several customers today.
