So… it was a hot sunny day in Charlotte, NC and my A/​C unit went out. I called every major heating and air place. I tried Morris Jenkins and all the other places that state they do same day service. However, every place I called stated that they couldn’t come out until 3 days later. I was like WTF. Then my aunt called me and gave me the service experts number. And to my surprise… I called them around 6pm and they came to my house between 9 and 10pm. Without service experts, I would have had to sweat it out. This company was there when I needed them. I will be recommending them for years to come.
