I finally found the exact special person and place! Christylee Griffin is the most professional, trusting, honest and attentive. She has a special sense about clients. She is informative and patient and complimentary. The exact energy you want to be around and trust for any procedure. I had bellafill for the first time and will continue with her and Satin for future treatments.

When I came to visit some family around the Charlotte area in January I went to Satin and was very impressed with the Spa, staff, and results of services.
I have always wanted to get lip injections and finally decided to go for it! I was very nervous but excited as I have never had any previous work done. When Elisa was prepping for the service I had no doubt that I was in EXCELLENT hands. I was scared but the results were better than I ever imagined! The fillers lasted about 5 months which was longer than I imagined.
I went back again in July to have my lips done by Elisa and, again, the results were great. Also had Botox to make my eyebrows pop and Amber did some laser hair removal the same day for my arm pits and it was so quick and easy!
I am so happy I went to Satin for something the procedure I always wanted because I now feel so confident after following through with something I was unsure of doing. I plan to bring my friend and get another hair removal done soon and I will continue to get Botox/​fillers at Satin. Totally recommend Satin! Thanks for the awesome results :)

I recently moved to Charlotte not too long ago and Satin Med Spa was recommended by one of my girlfriends. I play a lot of sports and am always in tank tops, so shaving was a daily ritual. When my girlfriend mentioned that she had had laser hair removal at Satin and loved the results, I decided to check it out.
I bought a package for my underarms and couldn’t be more satisfied with the results! The staff was so nice and very much understanding of how much of a baby I am when it comes to medical procedures. The funny thing is, laser hair removal doesn’t even hurt!
I have also had some Botox treatments and Christylee, one of the injectors, did an amazing job!
I am very happy with the results I have received at Satin Med Spa and plan to continue laser treatments with other areas of my body.

I have gone to Satin 3 times now for laser hair removal and have continued to be impressed with the service and staff each visit. The spa is very clean, the treatments work, and the prices are great! I will continue to go here for future services and have recommended to many of my coworkers and friends.

This is my second visit to Satin and I absolutely love this place! The staff is awesome especially Elisa! I’m a black female and I had heard that getting laser hair removal would be difficult for me however that has not been my experience here at Satin. Thanks Satin Med Spa!

I saw the Groupon and called to schedule a consultation. Ella returned my call and was fantastic. She answered all of my questions. Ella was on time, very friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I was very comfortable talking to her about my concerns. I purchased a package and had my first treatment. Every staff member I came in contact with was friendly, knowledgeable and went out of their way to make me comfortable. I have seen some negative reviews and would guess they did not give the staff an adequate amount of time to address them. The staff is fantastic the spa is lovely and the prices are very good.

I had a few problems. The management was able to help me out.

I just had the best facial I have ever had in my life at Satin Med Spa. The staff are super friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. The aesthetician was extremely knowledgeable and addressed all the questions I had — a real professional. You definitely need to try Satin Med Spa, you won’t be disappointed!

I just finished receiving services and treatments at Satin Med Spa and I am amazed at the results! I wasn’t completely convinced when I first started but now I can say — this really works and the team is great! They are using the best laser, the treatments didn’t hurt or cause any downtime and the price was well worth it. They are top notch with their service and the place is so nice and clean, especially now since they finished their expansion. I definitely recommend Satin to anyone else searching for the right place to go for any of their services.

Since my last post on Satin Med spa I received a phone call from management regarding my concerns. I have Satin Med Spa another chance because of the genuine concern for how happy their customers are when visiting and booking appointments. I’m happy to say that the customer service has gotten so much better since my last post. Im greeted with a smile when I walk in and no longer feel like a burden when I call to make an appointment. I will continue to visit Satin Med Spa!

Really enjoy the professionals at Satin Med Spa — knowledgeable, safety conscious and a relaxed, comfortable attitude. After laser hair removal, I referred my friend when she asked about botox treatments and fillers. Now I am receiving those treatments and chose them because I trust their expertise.

I’ve had the best experience at Satin Med Spa and especially with Christina Starkloff! Christina is very caring, is very detailed, cares a lot about all of her clients and is always making sure you have a great experience. I’ve had close to 90% hair reduction on my underarms — Christina figured our after using a less intense laser (due to me being scared of any pain) that I wasn’t getting more than 50% reduction to she switched lasers and my reduction multiplied! And I have at least 70−80% on my legs — best decision I ever made! If you can, ask for Christina when you are there! She is the best!

Awesome staff, everyone is always genuinely friendly and punctual! New renovations and expansions underway to be bigger and even better! They regularly offer different promo and package options, which are so affordable when compared to others. But there is no comparison for Satin!
I go for microderms monthly and get chemical peels twice a year with Christina! She really takes the time to properly consult you, so you’re totally informed and comfortable with any questions you have! She’s professional, fun, full of positive energy, and her work is awesome! I know all the staff here, and they are all just as amazing!
I have oily skin, and all the trouble that comes with; breakouts, shininess, etc. I always leave feeling refreshed, and my skin has been *so* much better! I’ve noticed a major improvement with both the regular microderms and with the chemical peels! Best thing I’ve ever done for my skin!
Satin is the best to help you look your best, but nothing compares to how good you and your skin feel when you leave! :)

Outstanding Medical Spa– Full service offering the most advanced treatment options in the area. I work as a Med Spa Consultant and have the opportunity to review medical spas all over the country and I must say this spa is up there with some of the best in the COUNTRY. High level of service and providers that know their stuff. Must updated lasers and the providers are incredibly advanced and are masters in the art of injectables. Check them out you will not be disappointed. :)

They’re using the most up-​to-​date laser (Yag). The $$$ spent on hair removal is money well spent IMO. Noticeable improvement (less hair growth) after just one visit. Even better results with subsequent visits. No more annoying chin hair 8-​/​. I’ve had 3 appointments so far. No issues with punctuality. Very professional staff. Clean, spa-​like facility. Sure, they try to sell extra services, just say NO.

Used a groupon for laser treatment here. With the value provided by groupon, I don’t have regrets. But I would not go here otherwise. Some issues are — (1) like mentioned in another review — punctuality (2) pushing you to buy laser treatment packages — made me really uncomfortable (3) insufficient attention to problem areas when they are pointed out during treatment
would be a better experience if these are addressed

I decided to try Satin Med Spa laser hair removal after they put out a deal on Living Social (or was it Groupon…). In any case, I had tried laser hair removal before and didn’t get results at all. (From Sona Med Spa). Now, I do have darker skin, so I am aware that it is more difficult to get results for me. I do have to say though, that after only 1 treatment at Satin Med Spa, I saw a 50% reduction, and after 2, probably a 80% reduction. Today was my last treatment and I have to say that I am very satisfied with the results. The reason I only gave them 4 star instead of 5 was that there is just some room for improvement in taking people on time and being cognizant that when people show up for an appointment (especially during business hours) they are working around their job and meetings for work and it is never ok to not be on time (plus or minus maybe 10 minutes). I only had an issue with their punctuality on my first appointment, so I scheduled both subsequent appointments for after work hours and both started on time plus or minus 5 minutes. The person who did the laser treament was also great and most of the reason why I gave them a 2^nd chance for a better review (pictured 2^nd from right). Also at my 2^nd appointment, I told her where additional attention was needed and she hit the area almost perfectly — I saw very little additional growth in that area. So overall I am satisfied and would recommend this company to a friend.
