Ross & Witmer sent Jonathan to resolve our air conditioning problem — he came on time and figured it out quickly. When they didn’t have a needed part for our (old) system, he figured out a work-​around that kept us cool on the hottest weekend of the year!
We have used them for years and continue to recommend them highly.

The fine folks and Ross & Witmer are consistent, accurate, and friendly. Have used them many times for HVAC and electrical needs and they consistently deliver in BOTH areas. They also provide mold remediation and will be using them for that need soon. HIGHLY recommend!

This company came highly recommended by a friend whose husband is in the AC business. I had a couple instances in the past year and they needed to take a look at my HVAC and got it back on track. They can usually schedule service fairly quickly.
The other terrific service they offer is doing energy audits. Their auditor, Brandon, is friendly, polite, and punctual. The energy audit is comprehensive: they go under your crawl space, check ducts, go into the attic and take a read on the insulation, and they also check indoors for drafts. Within the week, you’ll receive recommendations and quotes on what you can do to make your home more energy efficient. Some of the repairs, they can do.
They do not clean air vents or ducts, so you’ll need to find another provider for that service.
