The crown fell off one of my teeth over the weekend and I couldn’t get to the dentist until Monday morning, so I popped into this Rite Aid, found the tooth glue stuff and was on my way in minutes. Easy.
I’ve been to a few Rite Aids and this one is just perfectly fine. Not terrific, not awful. A classic execution of the Rite Aid formula.
Convenient parking and it’s right close to the East/​West Blvd Lynx station.

I am not a huge fan of drug stores, but we all need them. Rite Aid is my pharmacy so I frequent this location when I need one, and this recent visit reminded me I had to write a review.
Upon arrival the cashier gives every customer entering a «Welcome to Rite Aid» shout out, which I love. And, they do not miss a customer. The store is always clean and easy to navigate through with aisles labeled by categories.
This past weekend I was in need of a pain pill and my surgeon called it in. Within 30 minutes I received a text informing me the prescription had been filled. Is that great customer service? Yes! I was so happy to know, as I was in need of it, arrived and it was ready.
I will continue to use this location and not dread my drug store visits as I have at other competitors.

This Rite Aid has lost my business after the way an employee treated me today. I have brought my very small service dog in a few times and no one has ever said anything. Today I found out there is a teeny tiny sign on the door about not allowing animals. As soon as I walked in today, in front of two other customers (who seemed uncomfortable with the confrontation), the cashier called out to me, «ma’am, we don’t allow animals in the store.» Ok, I told her this wasn’t a problem before. She asked if he was a service dog and I said yes. She asked to see my paperwork and when I didn’t have it, she said I’d have to speak with the manager, whom she called over the intercom. This was quite embarrassing! The manager was polite and let me shop this time, but it doesn’t matter — I won’t be back.

I think this Rite Aid has the nicest employees. Every time I walk in I am greeted cheerfully by someone and when I check out they are just as nice. The store itself is big, nice and clean and bright. I always find what I am looking for. Its convenient because I can walk over from the office during the day when I need a little break from work. No complaints from me!

I’ve had my prescriptions here for years and the customer service given by Shane and Vickie is unparalleled! This is not a 24-​hour pharmacy, but I’ll trade that any day for the personalized attention and the great rewards program this store offers.
