Your company has completely lost my support. I will no longer be a loyal customer or ever step foot in another QT again. If I drive and see a QT, I will be more than happy to drive right on by with nothing but negitive thoughts. I moved and bought my home near a QT because I loved and was excited with the brand. Your Charlotte location at 2326 Sandy Porter Road has been the worst experience the past month and a half and is suffering serious decline in service and availability. I enjoy the food and ice cream, but this location shuts the kitchen down at 8 pm, which is unsual for any food service in Charlotte. Also, they shut the brewed flavored teas down, along with the hot chocolates anytime between 8 and 10 depending on when they feel like it. They also put pastries out whenever they feel like it. The employees no longer smile or greet. This lack of service is a shame and embarrassment for QT. The unit manager for this location is tarnishing your brand and is not doing their job to bring excellence in convenience; they are running this store into the ground. Seems like a free for all with management and employees. If you EVER want my business back, I deserve an appology, not excuses, from the unit director as well as their responsibility to make things right. At this point, I have no respect for your brand and will make known of my poor experiences at this QT location.

No greeting, trash on floors in checkout area and overflowing in bathrooms. Looks like a regular gas station now. Not par for the qt course by far. I’ll go around this one from now on.

Great staff, prices for gas are great too and the drinks are great too so if you want to get travel snacks or drinks this place should be your go to place to fill up before heading on a trip.

Clean and cheap, this is the gold standard for gas stations and convenience stores in the Charlotte area. Wide pump area, lots of room for getting around other cars, plenty of parking. Inside, great choices for coffee and fixings, lots of eats and other drinks, all neatly arranged. And my favorite, a cashier that has a smile and understands the English language. Yay! Now if it was just 18 cents per gallon cheaper because of the higher North Carolina gas taxes, I’d be set!

I must say wow!!! This has got to be the cleanest and most friendly gas station I have ever been to! The sec you walk into the store you are greeted with a smile. They really make you feel comfortable in here not to mention if you like coffee they have very one known to man in here. 6 stars if I could!

I stopped here for the rumored free air. Which held true. The air pump worked fine although it did not have a pressure gauge. Once I went inside the store to purchase a true pressure gauge, I was pleased to find that the store was very well put together and organized. I received customer service from the minute I walked through the door. The store had more than enough staff to cover any influx of customers. Wish there was more of these stores up north.

One of my favorites gas station to visit. They have an array of snacks, gas, coffee, beer/wine and lottery tickets.

I just dig this station and store. The gas is the same price as all the other stations near by most of the time and because it is new, it is pretty darn clean. The staff has always been friendly to me and the layout and variety inside are pretty great. They have the little coffee café stand thing in there with doughnuts, ice cream bars, lots of variety of snacks, chips and beer as well as fruit at the register. Also…FREE air for your tires. Probably should not give that away, but since air IS free and should also be for your tires, figured I would share. Should not have to pay for that.

Great New Gas station and convenience store on a very busy intersection so there is easy access from both streets. The pumps work fine, and great grand opening specials, especially $. 49 large drinks.

This just opened across the street from my apartment complex. We really needed a convenient gas station in the area. The Kangaroos near 485 and Westinghouse aren’t always easy to get in and out of. Anyway. The place is nice. Nicer than any Kangaroo. Not that it’s hard to do. Think of this as a 7 – 11 on steroids. It’s clean. It’s big. the gas is cheaper and that’s driven down prices nearby. Food? Oh yeah. It’s gas station food. Hot dogs. Sausages. Tacitos. There’s even this hot-dog shaped cheeseburger. Yeah…gonna pass on that. There’s are whole walls devoted to different beverages. Slushie drinks. Coffee. Soda. Huge beer selection. Specialty coffee drinks. You can get pastries and donuts too. Fresh sandwiches and salads. Fruits. Yogurts. The whole deal. And what can only be described as a Wall-O-Jerky. Honestly… they work in jerky like Michelangelo worked with marble. Bottom line is that it’s a place this area needed badly for many reasons. Glad it’s here.
