this used to be owned by another company. it was always well maintained. always clean. everything worked as it should. not with public storage. they come in, raise the rent far above what is the current market rate is. they then fail to keep the place clean. they fail to keep the exterior lights working. barely one third of the lights work. our unit was broken into and the perps were not able to be seen on camera due to the fact that the lights around our unit were not on. while people breaking in are certainly not the fault of the owner, the maintenance of the lighting is!!! ours was not the only one hit that night.
i feel sorry for the staff. they work their asses off for shit pay and long ass hours. they are overworked and understaffed. (no, i do not work there, i get this from others who do and are desperately looking for work elsewhere) no one is interested in maintaining the property but are only concerned with making sure your rent is paid on time.
run, do not walk from this company. you will regret it.
