Prosperity Crossing Urgent Care

Really friendly staff, nurses and doctors. They really take the time to make sure that your visit is awesome. And the doctor really takes her time to explain to you treatments and diagnosis

Clean place. No wait. The nurse was very nice and knew what she was doing. Better than any other urgent care I have been to!

I went to the Prosperity Crossing Urgent Care today because it’s Sunday, and I didn’t feel like I would be able to wait until tomorrow to get in to see my PCP. You can check online for all of the CHS Urgent Cares to view the wait time. When I first checked earlier this afternoon, there was a 2-​hour wait time. I decided to hold off going right away so I wouldn’t have to sit in the waiting room for a long time.
I checked a few hours later and the wait time was less than 15 minutes. When I got to the facility, I was called back almost immediately.
The nurse took my vitals and then the doctor saw me shortly thereafter.
The doctor that I saw was Dr. Hallbaker. She was very nice and friendly. I appreciated that I did not have to go through all of the symptoms I was having with the nurse. This always seems like a big waste of time because you have to turn around and tell the doctor the exact same thing. I wasn’t there for very long (although I did feel like the physician took her time and answered all of my questions).
I was very pleased with my experience here.

No one likes to get sick but unfortunately kids get sick from time to time and you can’t always get in right away with their primary doctor and for me this urgent care has been a lifesaver… it’s almost never crowded and you can get in and out in no time. The same 2 doctors have been there for some time and that gives me comfort. They are and have always been very thorough with me and my son and have nursed us back to good health on more than one occasion.
