Multiple horrible experiences from this location! I have placed a delivery order and 20 minutes later they call me to tell me I have to pick it up because they don’t have a driver. This time I placed an order for carry out and when I arrive they claim they never got my order and that they only have medium pan crust pizza available, nothing else! The location is falling apart, door handle literally hanging off. Any time I was able to get delivery it takes over an hour every single time and I live one mile away. Managers need to make some serious improvements because this location is a disgrace to the Pizza Hut brand!

Service service service is the name of the game. Service is apparently something they don’t teach at pizza hut univ. This is the second time I ordered online and scheduled a timed pickup. For the second time, they are not busy and I am still waiting. Usually I don’t mind a wait of a few reasonable minutes. But I ordered 45 min ago then drove in from Ft. Mill. A wait should never have taken place. The pizza itself was passable for industry pizza. However, my wings were overcooked and they were the wrong flavor. Needless to say, this was a memorable experience. I dare say exceptional. Too bad it was an exceptional miss.

Lately, we have gotten good service from the manager on the phone. Tonight, we called two different times and were on hold both times for 5 minutes. It was pathetic. We hung up and called Papa John’s, who didn’t put us on hold at all and we got a better price. These people really need to hire competent employees if they want business.
