THE ADDRESS LISTED ON Unilocal IS INCORRECT, DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME. The menu on their website looks delicious, but I left my house in Matthews and found myself roaming around Mint Hill looking for this place after the address listed here on Unilocal came up as an abandoned field in the middle of nowhere. The website doesn’t provide a schedule of where and when the food truck will be. If anyone knows where this thing is, I’d like to know.

I’m pretty convinced that food trucks will take over the world. And that’s a good thing, y’all. Whenever I can source some tasty bites from a clean and creative mobile eatery, I’m in.
Outdoor Feasts (aka Dan The Pigman) is no exception! This truck spins out tasty, succulent ‘cue with the best of them. While I only had a a few bites, it was enough to make me smile. The barbecue is tender, properly pulled and dancing in sweet, homemade sauce. I saw sweet literally, as Outdoor Feasts uses a sweeter sauce for their pork. Prices are fair, service is quick and presented with a smile!
And for those who are interested, Dan’s BBQ sauce is the official BBQ sauce of the 2012 DNC. That’s saying something!
