It’s easy to get started donating here. The nurses and technicians are super nice, understanding, and helpful. It’s a convenient and relatively painless way to make a quick buck. Also, I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes to go back. First timers get $ 30 for both their first and second donations. Then, $ 20 – 30 each time depending on your weight.

First of all I’ll say that the first time my fiancé and I went to donate everyone was friendly and helpful. The second visit was totally different… my fiancé is scared of needles so I went in with him(I can’t donate due to my having psoriasis) the lady at the front, I think her name is Ergzine? something like that, acted like he should know what to do, so I asked her where he was supposed to go from there and she looked at me like I was an idiot and proceeded to tell us the steps like we were children, then I walked over to the machine with him and was told that I could not stand there with him… I completely understand HIPAA laws so I’m ok with that but the way she spoke to US like we were dumb I am NOT ok with! This place is a job for people with NO customer service skills. It’s sad that there are alot of good people needing a job but this type of person gets the jobs instead. She said if I stood there he couldn’t donate either! It’s like they know they can talk to u anyway they want bc if ur donating u NEED money and have to put up with it… it’s a sad, sad situation. This will be the last time he donates here… we’re going to find another place that has better customer service.
