Don’t forget Omar who has been there a couple of years. He does a great job on «rehabbing» shoes that got soaked in severe rain or snow or those with so much polish that the old stuff needs to be removed and rebuilt.
He discovered, as many of us have, that the cream polishes do not work well, flaking off and looking bad. Consequently, Omar will not use it, preferring hard paste wax, using Kiwi or, my favorite from an Army career, Lincoln that has lanolin.
There is a new young guy who is coming along and he is learning… slowly. But he does OK.
Great shines for a great price. You don’t have to go to the airport to keep your shoes looking like the professional you are. Women, also.
