9 pm the night before the move the driver called and asked if we could do it later in the day, we said no it has to be done first thing. The driver agreed and said he would be there before 9 am. He then scheduled another move before us without telling us and never showed up. We called the office several times and they kept telling us they didn’t know what was going on. Customer service was terrible. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone! I’m giving one star because the sight will not let me give less.
