Motion Lab Tuning

I have been doing business with the folks at Motion Lab Tuning since 2012. These folks ere great. Period. They are always eager to help their customers. And they offer a broad selection of products that work great with my car (a 2011 Evo X, currently). Alex, in particular, has always gone out of his way to make my customer experience fabulous.
They can get busy but always get back to me if I leave a message. And, typically, they are available at the phone to answer my questions or take my order or answer questions on the products I have purchased from them. Always happy to help in a pinch with quick parts shipments, or even suggest alternatives to my choices so I can learn in in the process of identifying the best solution to a problem.
You can’t get better than these folks. End of story. Take your car there with confidence. And if you are unable to drop in, they have a great selection of parts.

It’s all smiles and happy talk at thos place until they have your cash, then try getting them on the phone or try getting them to honor their work or their word. Shameless, unprofessional — I will never darken their door again.
