Mobile Mechanic

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL NOT SHOW UP!!!
Don’t discount my review because of my account profile picture. I own 2 small contracting companies with a decent fleet of vehicles. I originally used this service on a work van that was stranded on a jobsite in Charlotte. The service was prompt and efficient. They replaced a fuel pump which isn’t the easiest thing to do in the field. I was very satisfied with the work.
I had issues with them on my second attempt. I had another vehicle with the same issue. I should have known something was up when the phone number on Unilocal was no longer in service. I went to their listed website and reached them through another number. It seemed like they had moved their business to some crappy 3^rd party dispatch franchise model. Whatever it was, it took 2 tries to reach a mechanic. There was a lot of commotion in the background and the mechanic said he would meet me at the vehicle at 1:00PM. When asked how busy he was, he said work was slow and he would have no issue making it to the jobsite. I waited until 1:15PM to call him with no answer. I continued to call every half hour for the next few hours (at first to find out a revised ETA and later to tell him I secured a wrecker to haul the vehicle to a mechanic that would answer the phone and he could go to hell… unfortunately, no answer)
In summary: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL NOT SHOW UP!!!
