Dislike this location. It’s now 4:41 pm exact and they have the breakfast menu up. Where is the lunch and dinner menu?

Decided to eat inside since the drive thru was wrapped around the building and found out why. Extremely slow service. Waited almost ten minutes after paying for my order for the fry part of the meal. Unacceptable.

The order was taken correctly but the person at last window gave me the wrong item. No time to back for them to fix a mistake…

It is a weirdly configured McDonalds, no question about it; but I don’t believe that is really a factor here. Just be mindful that if you are going in, the doors are located on the sides and if you take drive-thru you have to circle the building at least once then exit by taking at least one u-trun back onto South Boulevard. The location is relatively clean in the dining area and drink station; I don’t know about the kid area though. The speed of service is somewhat slower than the average McDonalds(both front and drive-thru); the front associate automatically will assume people are on-the-go, so typically no trays. However, what makes this a one-star is the food quality. Typically anything fried at this location is going to be both burnt and greasy(this includes hash browns, fries, apple pies, McNuggets, etc.). The burgers are also surprisingly greasy as well. And the levels of salt are surprising as well. Probably the only bright spot is that the McCafe drinks were on par. Overall, this is not a McDonalds location to go to, just go down the next exit.

It’s true, they do have incredibly slow service. But my order has never been messed up, and they are usually pretty friendly. Don’t stop by if you’re running late for work.

Horrible! They serve burned and inappropriate food that should be thrown out. I ordered an Egg McMuffin and Chicken Biscuit at their drive thru. I pulled away trying to get to the hospital to see my boyfriend before surgery and realized half of my English Muffin was black and burned and the Chicken was over cooked, very dark and dry. If I had only had time I would have gone back but this instance I did not. I was so displeased with them that I thought it was worthy to Unilocal about! I will not be choosing this McDonalds again!!!

After a stop at Target, I debated my lunch options for something quick… McD’s, Chick-Fil-A or Stake n Shake. Well to most people Chick-Fil-A would have been the obvious choice but I’m boycotting them for political/religious reasons. I ruled Steak n Shake out due to the fact it’s really not fast food and I only had 30 minutes of my lunch hour left. I completely forgot about Wendy’s up the street and should have gone there but alas, I’m at McD’s. First of all, this parking lot is awkward. People don’t seem to understand that it flows better if everyone drives in the same direction. The inside is just as awkward as the outside with the childrens play area taking up about half of the restaunt. The seating is oddly configured and there are few tables where you could seat 4 at a table. Mostly divided into 2’s and 3’s. I found the 3’s to be odd, especially for a McD’s. On with ordering. I’m there at 12:45 which is still peak lunch hour. There’s one person taking orders, several in the back, one fixing the coffee machine and one watching her. The ordering process was inefficient because the person taking the orders was making up for the person standing around so everything was sloowwwwwwwwwwwwww… Finally I get my #3 combo and cup and head to the drink station. What? No unsweetened tea? You mean everyone is supposed to drink that sugary crap that would instantly give anyone diabetes? So I have to settle for Diet Dr. Pepper. I hate diet sodas but can’t stand regular ones either… thus is why I wanted the tea. So off i go to «enjoy» my lunch. i avoided the 3-seater tables. They just scared me and found a 2-seater near the restroom. Upon opening the box for my sandwich, I can see the grease just dripping off of it which instantly turned my stomach. Tasted the fries and they are salted to death. Apparently they really want to kill people at this McD’s. I could feel a heart attack coming on… But I finished the meal reluctantly for I was starving and didn’t have much time on my lunch hour. But I pondered that eating out of the vending machine at work would have been a better choice at this point. Next time I’ll know better.
